Just a wee note of thanks. Small but mighty, today was a great success. Few riders but gosh what a lot of smiling faces. Just the event I imagined when I suggested it 18 months ago.
We will definitely look to build on this. Muirmill is a fab venue (mind you the weather helped) The riders were nervous but with just a 2nd round showed improvement and increased confidence.
Training is valuable but everyone, at all levels need ring experiences. With less low level shows and fewer Riding Club shows this is difficult to obtain.
We will run a second day in the East and that will be open to all RC members and non-members. A review of the two events will take place with an aim to run again.
